All personal financial security sensitive documentation in our archives is stored on zip drives (working files) away from online accessible files.  

All Online and FAX transmissions are protected by state of the art encrypted codes and are hard copy printed and removed from online access upon receipt, by us.

Our organization has no access to credit card account numbers resulting from payments for services.  

All personal financial security sensitive documentation is securely stored and our trash is incinerated not shredded.
